As Executive Vice President at Chester's International, Andy's strategic restructuring and operational improvements enhanced the company's ability to become one of the largest non-traditional food service brands, expanding its reach to 1,200 locations in convenience and travel plaza venues. His tenure at Edible Arrangements International brought about substantial improvements in store formats and operational processes across 1,100 stores.

As President and Operating Partner, Andy played a critical role in scaling Pinnacle Restaurant Group from a single unit to over 300 franchisee restaurants, including major brands like Burger King and Taco Bell, driving profitability through strategic initiatives and visionary leadership. Andy also serves as a Board Advisor for Ferry in Atlanta, GA, and PlateRate in New York, NY; Andy continues to leverage his expertise in private equity and M&A to foster organizational growth and navigate complex business landscapes.
